Made-to-Order Products

All BAMERIX products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Personal preference
Buyer’s remorse

We strongly encourage customers to review the size guide on each product page and compare measurements with similar garments they already own before completing a purchase.

Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund if the issue is caused by us or our production partners, including:

Damaged items
Defective products
Misprinted items
Incorrect items received
